Hello Friends

Delhi lies in seismic zone 4 and hence a highly susceptible area (http://www.gisdevelopment.net/application/natural_hazards/earthquakes/nh...) .

I feel we should have engineers come over and evaluate strength of our structures ,buildings and should need be suggest efforts to retrofit and reinforce our apartments to prevent any mis happening. Since this is a issue related to security and well being of our homes, Our association should use collected money and lead us in this direction at least in the initial stage. Once people realize where we stand, we can move forward

Would appreciate other members feedback, comments in this direction. Also would welcome any chance to help in this direction
