Dear fellow residents
I have just added a newsletter feature on the site using which I can inform you all of any activity which takes place on the site.
Even though we have had a poll on the car parking issue, it does not seem like we are going to see a resolution any time soon and the number of cars are going to keep on increasing with each passing day and there is nothing we can do about it since ours is a free country.
However, there is one thing that all of us CAN do to solve this issue to a limited extent. And that is "being courteous and considerate while parking our cars." There have been numerous occasions when I have been left stranded for sometime because some one or the other parked their car right behind mine with handbrakes on or the car in gear. While I can understand that it is our instinct to pull the handbrake when we park our cars, can we please stop being so selfish and be a little more considerate while parking our cars? Now when I call everyone selfish, I include myself in it since I may also be guilty of the same crime on a number of occasions although I normally take 15-20 minutes to park my car when the parking is full just to ensure someone else does not face any problems because of me.
There have been occasions when the owners of the car( wrongly parked )are not identified because there is no NAWA sticker found on their cars. I request everyone to kindly get the stickers back on their cars so that in future if you are guilty of causing inconvenience to your fellow residents, at least you can make amends in quick time. If you have any issues with the stickers, please post them here

so that perhaps NAWA can take some appropriate step.
